I played a while back with a female couple who placed me in a cood with a rubberized hose attached to it. It's function was to control the amt of air that I breathed or allowed cigarette smoke to be blown into it during forced smoking sessions.

Do you remember my latex home improvement plans? It took me a little time and some money, but the plans are slowly becoming a reality! :)

Here is a little details about each of the things on the photos:

The latex bed sheet: Thick latex sheet. It's can take rough play, an occasional stiletto heel and still drapes nicely over the bed.

The shower curtain: Showering never been so fun!

The latex pillows: The pillow cases fit so tight that it's inflated by the pillow inside.

The rubber bible: The one I used this for latex preacher outfit. It's actually a "The New English Bible" from 1970 that I found a antiquarian bookseller.

Here is my situation. I have a submissive that I play with that is heavily into rubber. I am finding that I'm really enjoying him being in rubber from head to toe. My question is this, is there any type of BDSM play that I shouldn't be doing with someone in rubber? He has already told me that anything that breaks the skin can certainly tear the rubber. So, now that i'm here, i look forward to reading the threads! As for my own, here, i have a question to all of you latex-fans out there. We're obviously all here because we like or love the material. What was everyone's defining moment when you decided you really liked latex?

Mine came about 5 years ago. I stumbled on a picture of a zentai girl( complete coverage) encased in latex from head to toe on-line. The image intrigued me and stuck with me for al ong time. I really loved the way the material clung to her, and the way it shined. Eventually, i decided i would give it a go and start experimenting a bit myself, and while i'm still a novice, i've got a few different hoods, and my girlfriend has a couple of tops and stockings, plus a corset. And i just yesterday bought a black latex vac bed that i'm kinda stoked about. I'm going to pick it up tomorrow...so here's hoping everything goes as planned.

Currently I’m working on a documentary about rubberists. At the moment I have footage of one person and next weekend I’ll be shooting two more folks. I seek to include several rubberists for on camera interviews and one or two anonymous people in order to capture B-roll footage.

If you are in or travel to Oregon or Western Washington and want to get suited up and go out on the town let me know. Or if you prefer a private sit down interview that is also most welcome.

Beyond interviewees I require someone wear latex so that I can film the process of preparing the material, lubricating the skin and latex, pulling on, taking off. This would be what's called B-roll footage to use in editing in places where there interviewee is discussing the process. I do not have to reveal the face of the person wearing the latex, record their voice or otherwise reveal their identity if anonymity is preferred. Also, I need to film someone actually repairing latex and going through the steps. This B-roll footage is very important to the project and perfect for the rubberist who want to be involved but does not want to reveal their identity.

I can not afford to travel far to meet others as part of this project. I will however make my best effort to meet with you if you are in the general Portland/Seattle area. In exchange for your involvement I could provide you both the raw footage, a copy of the final product and the company of a fellow rubberist throughout the process. Unfortunately, I can not use written, phone or online interviews as the documentary is a visual endeavor. If in the future I can use such materials I'll post a request for written/phone interviews.

What I envision is a story that is intimate, personal and one that the average rubberist can identify with. There are ProDommes and fetish models I could pursue for this project and no doubt they would make for fascinating subjects, however my concern is they have lives and professions that while viewers might find intriguing they are not lives that the average person can readily identify with. Each of us have a story to tell. We share a common fetish and no doubt with that there are common facets. I want to explore those commonalities and put a face on them.

This guy put his ass on the line to protect other people and he ended up with a $4000 bail bill.
Every little bit helps and it should be a fun evening.

Hypnosis to transform into Latex

Has anyone looked into the idea and had experience with Hypnosis and rubber? Spefically to transform oneself into latex?

I figure if a stage hypnotist can get someone to be a chicken or a dog, it would be much more fun to feel as if your skin has turned to latex and can't be removed - or some variation on that.

Photo shoot: Fetish Do's and Don't's

(I'm cross-posting this from my sinFUSION tribe to here since I'm addressing what I think is something of across-the-boards interest. Plus I think most of you will think it's a hoot. -Random)

The Do's and Don'ts of Fetish (dress)

So for a while now I've wanted to do a photo shoot of all the different options that would be considered as fitting into the standard fetish nightclub dress code. But also, and MUCH more fun, I've wanted to get shots up of all the ways you can dress to ensure that you WON'T get in, or will have to pay a higher price/be publicly shamed.

Well, we're gonna do it, but I need your help! First, we need to catalog all the do's and don'ts to make sure that we don't forget anything, and then we need to get together with said outfits, drink a little booze, eat a little pizza, and have at it!

My plan as of now is to open up the Climate Theater over on Ninth and Folsom from, say, 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on the night of the next SIN! (Saturday, May 14), provide some free pizza and cheap wine (cocktails available for a nominal fee), a few photographers, and a backdrop. That just leaves you, yes you. PPS. I'm going to encourage fetish clubs everywhere to point to this site as a visual aid for the perpetually clueless (of which there are many). Biggest piece to date

I just put some new pics in my tribe album, they're of the latex ballgown I made for my wife for the SF Fetish Ball. There is over 8 yards of latex in the piece and the bottom circumference of the skirt is well over 12 feet. The bodice is fully boned (10 bones) and has a clear/red Imperial jasper cabachon set in the center applique. Any comments are welcome, thanks.

I am doing a fashion show for the San Francisco Fetish Ball and am in need of large quantities of latex. I usually order from Nimue's, but they are out of almost everything! So is Canal in NY. Ugh! Tore my Syren catsuit....

I was in a rush last night and my friend put on a corset over the catsuit. It was binding a little in the shoulders but it's always felt a little tight there anyway. So I was running out the door and I felt that horrible feeling of a sudden rush of fresh air on the shoulder. I've been too depressed to look at it carefully but it looks to be ripped all the way around the shoulder.... ugh!
I don't know if it's fixable but maybe I should get the next size up the next time.... Is it supposed to feel really tight, as in a little constricting on the shoulders?

liquid latex on genitalia?

I've used liquid latex before but never on my cooch. I've seen pix of girls wearing liquid latex from head to toe, and it never looks like there is any kind of seam (to indicate underwear or other protective clothing) around the genitalia. Is it safe to just paint over the parts down there? Seems like the ammonia would irritate the skin down in those parts...

Best Place For a Catsuit?

I've been shopping for a catsuit and would like to get everybody's opinion here. I want a full suit with rear zipper down to the crotch, footed, high neck and long sleeves. I'm not looking for custom fit since I plan to wear this once or twice a year.
I ordered one from Syren and 10 days later, it still hasn't arrived (their site says it takes 2-3 business days). I'm getting frustrated so I'm thinking of cancelling my order with them (besides, theirs isn't footed).
Any suggestions for a reasonably priced catsuit of good quality?

Help! Repairing a non-seam rip.

So I was not careful enough in taking off a latex skirt (waaaah! A Polly original, the target-on-the-bum model), and now have a small hole just below the waistline where I poked my finger through. Obviously, there's no way to fix it "like new," as with a seam rip, but I assume I could cut a piece of white latex (the skirt is whie) and glue it over the hole? Should I do that on the front and back for stability? I know it would look a little funky, but I love this skirt so much and I've only worn it a couple of times, so I have to save it. Oh, curse the eagerness to get naked late after coming home from a club when a bit tipsy. I **know** how to get out of latex carefully, but I just wasn't **thinking**. Any and all help eagerly accepted.

I was also wondering if, since the patch is going to show, I should go "balls out" and do something like a star in a contrasting color and pretend it was on purpose. Or would that just be dumb?

Please, save my beloved skirt! Help me sin again!

Hello everyone, I'm a rubber head from way back and want to get into making my own latex items. I haven't had much trouble finding the latex sheet for the project I want to do (Heavy sleep sack), but I can't find the glue. Anyone out there have a source for glue? I perfer vulcanizing, but am open to sugestions. Also, if anyone has any good refrence guides or advice for someone starting out, please let me know.

Affordable alternative to talc?

Hey all you clever people out there, perhaps you can help me.

I have found that I really prefer using Eros Cult to talc when pulling on tight latex. It's very slick, has no smell, seems to be fine for skin, is not animal tested. All of that good stuff. However, it costs a lot (about $24/100 ml) and even worse, I think the manufacturer, Pjur, has discontinued it.

The question is, what is the best alternative in a slick liquid? And where can I get?

This is really odd. I just received my first sheet latex yesterday. After coming home, I tossed it on my bed, taking it off and fondling it a bit before I went to sleep. This morning I wake up with scratch-mark-shaped rashes all over. I've worn latex clothes and devices for a number of years with no problems, but this is a heck of a reaction.

Does anyone know why I might have a reaction to this stuff, but not the other things I've worn or worked with? Could it be something to do with the coating of the latex? Has anyone else had similar problems? ShouldI just not be rubbing unwashed/polished latex all over myself right off the roll?

costume recyling advice

I am attempting to construct a Fetish Ladybug costume from the remnants of fetish costumes past (from my pre-mama days, when they still fit, sigh). Sadly, however, these costumes have been packed away for a while and the outfit I want to recycle, a red PVC number, came out of the box incredibly wrinkly. It is made of fabric that is coated on one side with shiny-plastiky stuff, and sewn together, not glued.

Can I iron this stuff, inside-out with a fairly cool setting? Or will it get all melty and gooey at the first hint of heat? Is there any other way to get the wrinkles out? I've tried Dryel spray, which helped, but not enough. A wrinkly ladybug just doesn't feel too sexy, you know? If I can de-wrinkleify it, my theory is that I can then strategically apply black circles cut out of Contact paper to give it the ladybug look. Do you crafty people think this will work, or does anyone have a better (but just as cheap) idea? Any advice would be appreciated.
